We understand that sometimes plans change, so we aim to be fair and transparent: More than 30 days before the course – A full refund will be issued, minus a 10% administration fee. Within 30 days of the course date or non-attendance – No refund will be issued. Course date changes – You may request to transfer to another date up to 15 days before the course starts. This is subject to availability and a 10% administration fee. If Dental Training Masterclass cancels – In the unlikely event we have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, the course will be rescheduled as soon as possible or a full refund will be provided. We cannot accept responsibility for any additional costs you may incur. We invest significant time and resources into preparing each course: Coordinating the training facilities, organising specialist equipment, and preparing materials well in advance.
